01Platforms and business tools

Web applications

Custom platforms, portals and business tools, built around your processes rather than the other way round.

  • React
  • Node.js
  • Full-stack
See the AmanA Transport VIP project

Typical deliverables

  • Booking, ordering or management platform
  • Back office and admin tools
  • Customer area or service portal
  • Showcase or brand website
  • Integration of external services, such as maps
  • Search engine optimisation (SEO)

Who it's for

SMEs and institutions that still manage bookings, cash desks or customers on paper or in spreadsheets, and brands that want a website worthy of their image.

How we work

We start from how you actually work: who does what, with which information. Development moves forward in stages, on a test environment you can use throughout the project, all the way to launch and follow-up.

02Android and iOS

Mobile apps

Android and iOS apps, from mockups to publication on the stores, then maintained over time.

  • Android
  • iOS
  • Flutter
Discover Muslim+

Typical deliverables

  • Android and iOS app from a shared codebase (Flutter)
  • Mockups and interactive prototype
  • Publication on Google Play and the App Store: listings, screenshots, compliance with store rules
  • Notifications and reminders
  • Design for limited connectivity when the use case requires it
  • Updates and follow-up after release

Who it's for

Organisations that want to be in their customers' pockets or equip their field teams, and founders launching a mobile product.

How we work

We publish our own apps, such as Muslim+, available on Google Play: we know what the stores require and what an app needs once it is live. We test on real devices before every release.

03Automation and decision support

AI and data

Make the most of the data you already produce: automate repetitive tasks, track your indicators and, where it makes sense, use machine learning.

  • Machine learning
  • Data analytics
  • Automation

Typical deliverables

  • Dashboards and automated reports
  • Automation of repetitive tasks: data entry, reconciliations, mailings
  • Bringing scattered data together and cleaning it
  • Machine learning models (forecasting, classification) when your data allows it

Who it's for

Teams that spend hours in spreadsheets, and organisations that collect data without having time to analyse it.

How we work

We start from a precise business question and the real state of your data. If a dashboard or a simple rule is enough, we will tell you: AI is only worth it when it does better than a simple solution.

04Experience and interface

UX/UI design

Simple journeys and clear interfaces, consistent with your brand, validated before the first line of code.

  • UX research
  • UI design
  • Branding
See the Sublime Pousse project

Typical deliverables

  • User interviews and testing
  • User journeys and content structure
  • Mockups and interactive prototype
  • User interface (UI) and component library
  • Visual identity, or an extension of your existing guidelines

Who it's for

Companies launching a new product, those whose current tool is poorly adopted by its users, and brands that want an online presence true to their positioning.

How we work

Design is not a decorative layer added at the end: we do it before development, with you, so the experience is validated on a prototype rather than on a product that is already built.

05Protection and compliance

Security

Audits, penetration testing and data protection built into your applications from the start.

  • Audit
  • Pen testing
  • Compliance

Typical deliverables

  • Security audit of a web or mobile application
  • Penetration testing, with a report of vulnerabilities ranked by priority
  • Remediation recommendations, then verification after fixes
  • Guidance on personal data protection

Who it's for

Organisations that handle sensitive data (payments, customer data) or that are accountable to a partner, a funder or a regulator.

How we work

On the projects we build, security is considered from the design stage: access management, data protection, updates. For an existing application, the testing scope is agreed with you, in writing, before any work begins.

06Engagement models

Three ways to work together.

Together we choose the model that fits your project, your budget and your organisation.

Fixed-scope project

A scope defined during scoping, with a timeline and a price agreed before we start.

Maintenance and support

After launch, we keep your application up to date, fix issues and add new features.

Dedicated team

We extend your team for a defined period, at its pace and with its tools.

Every proposal is priced after a first conversation about your needs.

07How we work

Four steps, no surprises.

At any moment you know where your project stands and what comes next.

  1. Scoping

One or more conversations to understand your goals, users and constraints. Together we set the scope, priorities and timeline.

You get: a written proposal: scope, schedule and pricing.

  2. Design

We map out the journeys and screens, then build a clickable prototype. You test and approve it before development.

You get: the mockups and the prototype.

  3. Development

We develop in short iterations. Each one ends with a demo on a test environment, so we can adjust as we go.

You get: testable versions throughout the project.

  4. Launch and support

Go-live, store publication where relevant, hand-over to your teams, then maintenance and new features.

You get: your product live, and a contact for what comes next.

08FAQ

Before you get in touch.

The questions we are asked most often before a project starts.

Another question? Write to us
How long does a project take?

It mostly depends on the scope: number of features, target platforms (web, Android, iOS), integrations with other tools, and how quickly content and approvals are available on your side.

We give you a precise timeline at the end of scoping, before any commitment. Tell us about your project for a first estimate.

How much does an app or a website cost?

There is no single price: the budget depends on the scope, the complexity of the features, the level of design expected and the support you want after launch.

After a first conversation, we send you a detailed, priced proposal. If your budget is tight, tell us: we will suggest a first version focused on the essentials.

What should I prepare before contacting you?

You don't need a full specification. A few lines are enough: what you want to solve, for whom, the tools you use today and any deadline. We build the rest together during scoping.

How will I know how the project is going?

We work in short iterations, with regular demos on a test environment. You see the product take shape and can ask for adjustments before launch.

What happens after launch?

We stay reachable. Depending on your needs, we handle maintenance (updates, fixes, security) and new features for your application, under a maintenance contract or on demand.

Can you take over an existing application?

We start by reviewing what exists (code, hosting, documentation) so we can tell you honestly whether it is better to build on it or start again on a sounder base.
