Context
The need
Flotix GMAO is the fleet management platform built by XNOVA SYSTEMS for AmanA Transport VIP, which uses it under the name AMANA GMAO.
It brings together everything a transport company has to track every day: the vehicle fleet and its drivers, the workshop, fuel, spare-parts stock and trips. Each user only reaches the modules intended for their role.

- Vehicles and drivers Vehicles, drivers, tyres and incidents tracked in one place, with regulatory deadlines for the next 60 days.
- Workshop and maintenance A workshop board and maintenance tracking to know at any time which vehicles are available.
- Stock, fuel and trips Parts orders, store and transfers; stations and pumps; departures, incidents and routes.
- Reporting A dashboard of what needs attention today, KPIs with targets, analytics, reports and SMS alerts.
